I work with content creation and strategy. My main audience has been in the tech industry, but I have worked with big pharma on strategy planning + content creation, manufacturing, ecommerce, and many other industries. Blog posts, creative copywriting, news articles, ghostwriting, white papers, guides, editing, emails marketing, technical copywriting, technical documentation, and website copy are some of the ways I help to translate the complex into the simple.
How do I do it?
One of my main strengths is writing website copy with a focus on sales and SEO. Based on your target market, I formulate the tone of voice that works well with your audience and develop a plan. Running in parallel, I work on the SEO to make sure your content is telling a story. Extensive research is carried out on competitor and industry key phrases to ensure higher ratings in Google and within Ads. My approach is careful and strategic and I often have a quick turnaround.
Content Copywriting
In the past 12 years, I have written white papers, guides, articles and blog posts for various companies I have worked for. Alongside conducting interviews, transcribing webinars and creating technical documentation.
The range of SaaS companies I have worked for includes, software surveillance, online queues, Microsoft based software for intranets, employee engagement, voice messaging, data mining, blockchain integrations and many more. Every piece of content I write includes SEO key principles, keyword research and relevant links, based on target markets.
Quite often I have had to work with complex information, translating it into easy to understand language. Each piece of content is written so it can be reused on the website, in newsletters and within nurturing funnels.
Product Copywriting
Working with the UX I write clear, consistent internal product copy and microcopy. Instructional copy, long-form marketing copy and product descriptions. I write product copy for SaaS, business customers’, retail, ecommerce, PaaS, fashion, finance, the food and beverage industry and many more.
Website Copywriting
Informational copy contained in short, concise blocks, suited to websites. People generally like to find information quickly on websites and companies like to add as much information as possible into a small amount of space. I take the copy, divide it, improve it and make sure it fits within the UX of the page.
Specialised Book Editing
In the past 12 years, I have edited a range of books within fiction and non-fiction. My services include developmental editing, beta reading and proof reading.
