Building Digital Products
I have managed, built, updated and scoped a lot of websites over the years.
There are some things that are the same, no matter what the CMS is.
I’d like to share them with you so you can be aware.
Maybe also give your website manager a break as well.
You might not know how the website works.
They might not even know how the website works, if they inherited a system they didn’t build, or help to build…
Make it stand out
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Here’s a SWOT that I can pretty much use for any website evaluation. Sometimes I need to change a few things, based on the propriety systems in place, coupled with issues people on the team might be having. But other than that, they’re pretty much the same.

One more point…
Lead generation goes hand in hand with content creation and ad performance.
No amount of complaining to your website manager is going to help you increase leads. There’s often a fundamental problem with the website that you just are not listening to, and pressure your website manager to just fix it, when it’s not really possible, or there’s an issue with your lead gen funnels and demand gen machine…
